What it does
The operational pieces of a night, from publish to doors.
-
Publish events
Public event pages with flyer, city, date, venue, category, price, ticket link, and RSVP rules.
-
Work the list
RSVP status, guest counts, the approval queue, capacity, and plus-ones — before doors open.
-
Read demand
Anonymous views, RSVP movement, and city and age buckets. Never individual attendee data.
-
Run boosts
City-targeted promotion on selected events, with review, spend, impressions, and clicks.
-
Message guests
Reach every guest when door times, lineup, address, or entry details change.
How teams use it
The page is public. The workspace isn't.
- 01 Request organizer access
- 02 Publish your event details
- 03 Read guests and demand
- 04 Boost or message when needed
Analytics, not surveillance.
Backstage shows organizers aggregated demand — views, RSVP movement, and city and age buckets. Small buckets stay hidden, and individual attendee data never appears in analytics. Guest lists show only the RSVP records you need to run the door.
